1. PARTIES

This agreement is made between [Gamer Localization Limited] ("Kirpi" or "We") and the user who registers to the application ("Member" or "You").

2. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Kirpi is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The 'Kirpi' mobile application, its code, design, and content are the sole property of Gamer Localization Limited. All rights reserved.

4. PUBLISHER AND DISTRIBUTOR

This application is published on the Apple App Store by Shanghai Wurimo Network Technology Co., Ltd acting solely as an authorized distributor and service provider for the Owner.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or spam to other users.
• Post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [HongKong, Kowloon].
